Who we are
Paxeto is operated by Paxeto. We list taxi, minicab and chauffeur agencies that serve airport transfers, and we check their licences and insurance before they appear.
What we do
We help a traveller find agencies at a specific airport, and we introduce the two to each other. That is the whole product. The agency quotes, agrees terms and carries out the journey; we are not part of that arrangement and we do not take money for it.
How we make money
Agencies buy prepaid coins and spend them to send you a price. We also sell featured placement at an airport for a flat monthly fee, and a featured listing is labelled as featured wherever it appears.
We do not take a percentage of any fare. We could not verify one if we wanted to, and a revenue model that depends on what an agency charges you is a model that eventually starts influencing what you are charged.
Where we are honest with you
Prices on this site are indicative starting points, not quotes. Our verified badge is a documentary check, not an inspection. Airports with no approved agency are not listed at all rather than shown as empty pages. If we ever list an agency our own company owns, it carries a visible label saying so.
We are a directory and introduction service. We are not a transport operator, we do not accept bookings, and we do not provide transport services. Your contract is with the agency you choose.
