Get found by travellers looking for a transfer

We list licensed taxi, minicab and chauffeur agencies by airport. A traveller posts a journey, you send a price, and they compare. You deal with them directly, price the job yourself and keep the whole fare.

What you need before you start

  • Your operator or private hire licence number and who issued it
  • A copy of the licence document
  • A current public liability or passenger insurance certificate naming your legal entity
  • A phone number we can send a verification code to

How listing works

  1. 1

    Create your account

Email and phone verification. Phone verification is required - it is the single thing that keeps fake listings off the directory.

  2. 2

    Tell us about your business

Legal name, trading name, where you are based, and how travellers should reach you.

  3. 3

    Choose your airports

Pick every airport you serve and mark your primary one. Add meet and greet, flight tracking, free waiting time and an indicative starting price per airport.

  4. 4

    Save and finish later

After the coverage step your listing is saved as a draft and we email you a link to pick up where you left off. Nothing is lost if you get a job mid-form.

  5. 5

    Fleet, services and profile

Your vehicles with passenger and luggage capacity, the features you offer, languages, payment methods and a description of your business.

  6. 6

    Compliance documents

Your operator or PHV licence number and issuing authority, the licence document, and a current public liability or passenger insurance certificate.

  7. 7

    We review it

A human checks your licence against the public register where one exists, checks your insurance is in date and names your legal entity, and confirms your contact details resolve to your business. You hear back within 2 business days.

Coins

You buy coins up front and spend them when you send a traveller a price. We never take a percentage of your fare - we could not verify it if we tried, and a directory that polices your pricing is not a directory.

What decides the number of coins

  • How far the journey is. A short airport run costs a few coins; a long-distance transfer costs more.
  • The vehicle the party needs, worked out from the passengers and bags.
  • Nothing else. Not your rating, not how many others have quoted, and never a share of your price.

The exact number is on every request before you commit to it, and it stays fixed for that request even if our rates change while it is open.

Top-ups are by bank transfer or invoice at the moment - tell us what you need and we record it against your account the same day, with an invoice. Paying by card is coming.

When coins come back

If we reject a request as not genuine after you have quoted on it, every agency that quoted gets its coins back automatically, without asking. They are not returned when a traveller chooses somebody else or chooses nobody: what you paid for was the chance to quote and to talk to them, and you got it.

Questions agencies ask

What does it cost to be listed?

Listing is free. You pay only when you send a traveller a price, using prepaid coins. There is no monthly fee, no setup fee, and no commission on what you charge the traveller - we never see the fare and never take a cut of it.

How does a request reach me?

Requests land in our inbox first and are checked. A genuine one appears in your dashboard - the journey, the date, the party size and exactly what quoting costs - and we email you about it. You send a price, and the traveller compares it with the others.

What does it cost to send a price?

Coins, and the number depends on the journey: how far it is, and the vehicle the party needs. A 20 km run in a saloon costs a fraction of a 120 km run in a minibus. You see the exact number before you commit, and it does not change once the request is open.

Do I get my coins back if the traveller picks someone else?

No, and we would rather say so plainly. Coins buy the chance to quote and a conversation with the traveller, not the job. The one refund is when we reject a request as not genuine after you quoted: then everyone who quoted gets their coins back automatically, without asking.

Can the traveller see what other agencies quoted?

They see every price they were sent, because that is the point for them. You see only your own - never another agency’s price, and never how yours compares. Nobody undercuts a number they cannot see.

Who does the traveller contract with?

You. Paxeto is a directory and introduction service - we introduce the traveller to you and step out of the way. You quote, you agree the terms, you charge the traveller, and you carry the licences and insurance for the journey.

Can I pause requests?

Yes. Flip the pause toggle in your dashboard and requests stop appearing for you, without touching your listing or your coin balance. Your profile stays visible the whole time.

Ready to be listed?

The first three steps take about five minutes, and you can finish the rest later.

We are a directory and introduction service. We are not a transport operator, we do not accept bookings, and we do not provide transport services. Your contract is with the agency you choose.
