How this works
We are a directory. We help you find licensed transfer agencies at an airport and put you in touch with them. What happens next is between you and the agency.
For travellers
- Find your airport. Search by name, city or IATA code. You will see every agency we have approved for that airport, what they drive, what they include and an indicative starting price where they have given one.
- Post your journey. One short form: where from, where to, when, how many of you. Ask every agency covering the airport, or one in particular.
- Compare the prices. Agencies send a price with the vehicle they would use and what it includes. You see them side by side on your own page, and can message any of them with a question first.
- Choose, or do not. Share your details with whoever you want to hear from, and choose one when you are ready. You are under no obligation to any of them, and nothing has been arranged for you.
What we are not
We are not a transport operator. We do not accept bookings, we do not dispatch vehicles, we do not quote binding prices, and we do not take payment for journeys. If a page on this site ever reads as though we do, it is a mistake - tell us and we will fix it.
This matters legally as well as practically. A platform that invites and accepts bookings for private hire vehicles is an operator, with all the licensing and liability that comes with it. We deliberately are not one, which is why every price here is “indicative, from” and why your contract is always with the agency.
What happens to your details
- Your request comes to us first. Nothing is shown to anyone before it has been checked.
- We check it is genuine - a plausible phone number, a date in the future, not an obvious duplicate or spam.
- We show the journey to agencies covering your airport, or to the one you named. Your name, phone number and email are not part of what they see.
- You decide who gets your contact details, and you can tell several agencies. Choosing an agency shares them with that one automatically.
- We keep the request for 24 months and then delete it. You can ask us to erase it sooner at any time.
If you asked one specific agency, only that agency sees the request. If it never sends a price, nothing happens and nobody else is offered it. We never quietly hand your request to a different agency instead.
How agencies get listed
Any agency can apply, and no agency can pay to skip the checks. We verify the operator licence against a public register where one exists, check the insurance certificate is in date and names the same legal entity, and confirm the contact details resolve to a real business. Read our full verification method.
Agencies pay for enquiries, not for position, and never a share of your fare. A featured placement is labelled as featured. If we ever list an agency our own company owns, its card and profile say so in plain words.
We are a directory and introduction service. We are not a transport operator, we do not accept bookings, and we do not provide transport services. Your contract is with the agency you choose.
Questions
Do you arrange the transfer?
No. We introduce you to agencies and stop there. The agency you choose arranges the journey, sets the price and takes your payment. We never handle fare money and we never arrange travel on anyone’s behalf.
Do I pay anything to use this site?
Nothing, ever. There is no payment flow here at all. Agencies pay for the introduction; you pay the agency for the journey.
Who sees my details?
Nobody, until you say so. Agencies see the journey - airport, destination, date, how many of you - and send a price. Your name, phone number and email reach an agency only when you share them, which you can do with as many agencies as you like. We log every disclosure.
How long do prices take?
The first usually arrive within a few hours. Agencies have 48 hours to send a price, and always stop 6 hours before your pickup, so there is time to decide. You can choose at any point in between.
Do I have to choose an agency?
No. If none of the prices suits you, do nothing - the request closes on its own. Nobody has your contact details unless you shared them, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from.
Are the prices on this site real?
They are indicative starting prices supplied by each agency - the lowest they would normally charge at that airport. They are not quotes and they are not binding. Only the agency can price your actual journey.
What does the verified badge mean?
That we have seen and checked both an operator licence and a current insurance certificate for that agency. It is removed automatically the day a document expires.
